Lockyer Sheds supplies Dalby and Jandowae with farm sheds, workshops, garages and carports, built or as kits, and with steel frames and trusses made to plan. Dalby is about 130 km from our Crowley Vale yard by road. Chinchilla gets shed kits delivered, with building crews and frames by arrangement.

Two approvals, sometimes
Western Downs Regional Council's shed fact sheet says a shed may need a building approval, a plumbing permit and, in some cases, a planning approval for a domestic outbuilding. It also treats a shipping container like a shed. We tell you early which approvals your design is likely to need, and our quotes can include the approval paperwork.
Short housing supply, updated flood maps
The council reports rental vacancies below 2% and a need for more semi-detached and higher-density housing, while replacing the 2014 flood studies for Dalby, Jandowae, Chinchilla and three other towns. Confirm the flood level for each lot early, whether it is for a machinery shed or a new house frame.
