Shed kits and steel frames for New South Wales
Lockyer Sheds supplies shed and garage kits and made-to-plan steel frames, trusses and floor systems to northern New South Wales. In NSW we supply and deliver only: we do not build, erect or pour slabs there, because our building licence is issued in Queensland. Your own appropriately licensed NSW builder or, where the rules allow, the owner carries out the work.
What we supply to NSW
- Shed, garage and carport kits
- Steel wall frames, roof trusses and floor systems made to your plans
- Engineering documentation for your certifier
What we don't do in NSW
- Building, erection or installation work
- Concrete slabs
- Council or certifier applications (your NSW builder or certifier handles these)
Our building licence (QBCC 15445275) is issued in Queensland.

NSW approvals are your builder's or certifier's call
Approval pathways in NSW differ from Queensland's, so our Queensland approval paperwork service does not apply there. We supply the kit with its engineering documentation for your NSW certifier or council.
Coastal sites
BlueScope does not offer its TRUECORE® frame warranty within 300 m of surf or exposed marine influences. For a coastal shed or frame, tell us how close the site is to the sea so the materials can be specified for it.
